additional insulated handles (for voltages from 2 to 10 kV inclusive). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Current metering devices designed to measure more than 1 kV have an insulating length of less than 38 cm, and handles of at least 13 cm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">As a rule, the safety class and
