What are electrical control switches?
What are electrical control switches? They are the switches that connect or disconnect electrical current from the control circuit.
There are many manual and automatic switches that perform their functions in a manner compatible with the electrical control circuits.
Types of electrical control switches

Manual operation switch (On)
These are keys that are open in their natural state.
It is connected the moment you press it with one click.
When the hand is removed, it returns to its normal position and can be distinguished by its green or black color.
How to connect it:
Connect the operating switches to each other in parallel and also to the auxiliary relay points.
This is with the aim of self-maintenance, that is, to ensure continuous operation of the circuit when pressing only once.
Manual off switch
These are the switches that are connected in their natural state, and when pressed, their contact points are disconnected.
They are marked in red, and stop switches are connected in series in electrical control circuits.
Double switch (On\Off)
This type of switch has an open point and a closed point.
When the key is pressed by hand, the state of the points changes, so the open point becomes closed.
The closed point is open, as it is used in some control circuits, such as control circuits for changing the direction of the motor or switching between two circuits to each perform its function.
Hump keys

The end-of-trip switch is used in automatic control circuits when we want to move a specific load with the motor

Proximity Sensors
This type does not require contact or mechanical pressure as happens with other traditional keys.
That is, it senses when the load approaches it or enters its range of sensitivity, and as a result of this sensing its contact points change.
Pressure Switches
They are switches that change the position of their contacts, open or closed, at a certain pressure.
Its function is to monitor the air tank pressure.
Its working theory:
When the tank is filled with air to a specified pressure, the contact points change,
As a result, the engine stops pumping air into the tank until the pressure decreases, after which it begins pumping again.
Liquid Level Switches
Its open or closed contacts change position when the water inside the tank is full or low.
For example, when pumping water into the tank until it is full,
The fluid monitoring switch will disconnect the pump from power until the water level drops.
It connects the contact points and the engine starts again.
