Unscrew the screw with a Phillips screwdriver

Lift the upper half of the knife

Carefully remove the dull blade

Store the access code to replace the code

Align the blade prongs with the metal mark on the slider

Align the top of the knife to the bottom

Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver

Return the slider for stronger safety
